We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a sales achiever for our Business Services entity of the group, identifying major new account opportunities.  Day-to-day responsibilities will include developing sales opportunities with corporate clients as well as developing and maintaining existing client accounts. Business Services include: office, IT, library, laboratory and warehouse relocations.
  
Past business relocation industry experience would be an advantage, but not essential. This role also requires a positive ‘can do attitude’, and involves the organisational planning and project management of relocations to ensure client satisfaction and a successful relocation outcome. Each project is unique, interesting and varied.
  
Ideally you will bring to the role:

  • A proven sales ability with strong admin and some project management skills
  • Business development focus
  • Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to “think on your feet”
  • Team leadership and mentoring skills
  • Deadline focused approach to each project
  • Office relocation experience advantageous however not essential
  • Able to chase leads within the industry
