We have an opportunities for a driven and passionate salesperson to facilitate our National expansion plans. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role has accountability for generating sales by delivering superior customer service to new and existing customers. We are seeking highly motivated people with exposure in a similar role and industry.  More importantly, we are seeking people with a fantastic attitude who want to grow professionally in a company that values hard work and rewards results.  You will build a loyal customer base by delivering outstanding customer service, and foster multiple channels to market by actively promoting our large range of quality products.

Responsibilities:

To ensure a rapid, accurate and appropriate response to customer enquiries, request for quotes, and order fulfilment.  Effectively manage our customers' expectations through honest and proactive communication.

  • Day to day management of all internal sales for the Oxworks team and ensure this is consistently supported with accuracy, timely and relevant information;
  • Provide outstanding customer service with friendly and efficient interaction with clients via phone, email and in person;
  • Adherence to the Oxworks sales process using Salesforce, with accurate and honest feedback and reporting;
  • Effectively manage our customers' expectations by communicating our offer honestly and managing customer objections through clear and timely communication;
  • Effectively respond to customer issues by providing an outcome that meets the customers' needs;
  • Provide accurate feedback on market conditions, competitor activities, product opportunities, and new channels to market;
  • Continually improve product application and service knowledge through self-development and information sharing;
  • Educate our customer base of new products and services, as well as improvements to our existing offer;
  • Achieve minimum sales targets across the range of Oxworks products.

     QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience selling building products
  • Experience using MS Office, CRM software and ERP system (preferable)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced and accountable sales environment
  • Experience understanding and managing daily sales metrics
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand practical building applications
  • Committed team player
  • Trusted advisor capabilities with customers

Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package commensurate with your qualifications and experience will apply, and will be negotiated with the successful applicant. A six month probation period will apply.
