Reporting to the Head of Growth, this highly motivated individual has the opportunity to make a real impact to the experience of our Members and drive new growth opportunities for Splend, while developing their skills and abilities.

 

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and develop existing industry partner relationships

  • Identify new potential partners in the market by developing strategic relationships that will to enhance our member experience and drive revenue opportunities for Splend

  • Develop and implement new strategies to unlock further growth through partnerships

  • Manage the implementation and logistics of new partnerships and optimise post launch

  • Report to our Head of Growth and partner with other senior stakeholders in the business

  • Reporting, budgeting and key financial targetings including CPL, CPA, sales, revenue and profit

 

To be considered for this role you have:

  • Proven experience in securing and implementing partnerships

  • Business Development and phone skills. We're looking for a real hunter!

  • Track record of delivering targets and KPIs in a fast paced environment

  • Willingness to learn on the job. Be dynamic, a self-starter and someone who thinks outside the square

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage partnerships projects with partners, vendors and suppliers, including contract negotiations

  • A collaborative approach with sales, marketing, operations, fleet, finance, IT and the Splend Executive team

  • Strong stakeholder management skills where you can clearly communicate project deliverables, milestones, outputs and foster a customer-in feedback loop

  • Passion for Splend to deliver the best result for our member community

 

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience in the automotive / transport  / on-demand industry

  • Strategic partnerships experience and a proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or Management

  • Ability to manage relationships at a senior level with experience in managing a diverse team of people
