Are you results driven Sales Manager with extensive housing experience? The goal of this position is to achieve sales through your team, to mentor and manage a team of professional salespeople.
You will have your finger on the pulse of the retail housing market, know what works in display programs and give strategic advice on where the market is heading in SE Queensland. You will be measured on
- Sales
- Presentation to market
- Staff turnover
- Staff Training and mentoring
Experience is the top qualifier for this role, if you have successfully managed sales teams in another retail building company doing over 200+ homes per year, this is the ideal role for you.
This is an opportunity to be involved in one of Australia's largest national housing companies. It is a serious career move for someone. The role is based in Brisbane however, we will consider candidates coming from SE Qld and/or other states of Australia
