With over 3,000 products and around 45 staff, this growing company is seeking a Customer Service/Internal Sales professional to come on board and assist customers over the phone by providing technical support and product knowledge to their customers.
 
About the Role:

• Mon-Fri ONLY, based in Braeside
• Salary: $47,000-50,000 + Super + Comms!
• Assisting customer with products and implementing a solution-based sell
• Product training and its application will be provided
• Ability to answer internal enquiries and processing orders
• Ability to assist with providing guidance on audio installations

About you:

• Have experience in the automotive industry and its products
• Have a drive for sales
• Must have audio installation experience
• Can liaise confidently with large retailers over the phone
• Have good verbal and communication skills
• Ability to provide high levels of customer service
