Oasis is a South-Eastern suburbs institution. From humble beginnings supplying its own café and grocery, our bakery and production kitchens now make a diverse range baked goods, pantry items, salads and dips. With an ever-increasing wholesale customers base there is still huge potential for expansion.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results focused Sales Representative who can take ownership of this role. You will be an exceptional communicator, ensuring growth be nurturing and growing client relationships. You will keep all internal stakeholders informed of potential growth areas by constantly monitoring of the marketplace.

Ideally with a background in FMCG, you will have passion for food and the food industry. You will have a proven track record of maximising brand exposure and revenue generation You will have a broad network within the retail and hospitality industry. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years' previous experience in a similar role

 The candidate will –

• Expand the existing customer base
• Receive and actively seek out customer orders
• Develop and adhere to strategies to ensure KPI’s are met
• Build strong and loyal customer relationships 
• Effectively monitor the promotional and merchandising aspects of products in customers’ displays
• Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms as per company guidelines
• Recommend potential new product lines and monitor market trends
• Promote Oasis products at trade shows
• Create offers and product lines that appeal to the market
• Seek out and follow up customer feedback
• Work to daily and weekly financial and sales targets
• Prepare and present WIP reports on weekly basis
