The Role

Working in a very supportive, team focused environment you will work within this role using your past experience to recruit, dealing with both job seekers and clients. You will manage a portfolio of clients supported by a highly experienced team. Your role is to maintain relationships and build on the potential of placements with our clients.

Reporting to the General Manager you will:

  • Employ creative and technology driven sourcing strategies to attract top talent as well as utilising our internal database to place the right people
  • Interview skilled applicants to successfully fill job opportunities
  • Meet with clients to better understand their business and recruitment needs and take pride in partnering with their business to forge long term business relationships with both your candidates and clients
  • Use your ability to develop new business and build new opportunities in existing client sites
  • Administration tasks as required
  • KPI reporting
  • Conduct site inductions and ensure seamless on-boarding of new staff

Profile

To be successful in this role you will have the following;

  • A minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience 
  • Experience working with recruitment systems and social media platforms such as LinkedIn to efficiently manage talent pools and attract the best and most suitable candidates.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing new relationships with clients/candidates.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills at all levels.
  • A strong ability to multi task and prioritise workload.
  • Filling high volume client job orders
  • Exceptional organisational, time management and relationship development skills
  • Self-motivation coupled with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) with PC literacy
