This Business Development Manager position will play an essential part within the sales team. The key objective within this role will be to create new business opportunities with addition clients within the underground mining space.

Description
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Growing sales numbers through developing new accounts within the WA Mining sector
- Developing relationships with key decision makers within the sector through business development
- Managing technical sales processes with the ability to get hands on with technical automation products and software
- Occasional regional travel to key clients within the WA region
- Developing a strong understanding of the product offerings and the ability to solution sell these products
Profile
A successful candidate will:
- Be experienced and have a strong network within the WA Mining sector
- Have a strong background in business development with the ability to discover clients needs
- Have the ability to develop new relationships with key decision makers within the Mining sector through strong business development skills
- Have experience in managing an end to end sales process from tender to after sale service
- Come from a technical background either with and engineering degree or technical trade
- Have extremely competent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build strong business relationships
