The opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Director the Inside Sales Team Leader will manage the Inside Sales team that encompasses sales to both new and existing customers.
About the role
- Manage, develop and motivate an inside sales team of 2
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of applicable targets
- Ensure full ownership and accountability of appropriate KPI’s by the Sales team
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure the team continue learning and growing
- Manage inbounds and outbound calls across new & existing customers
- Ensure effective follow up on the pipeline of open leads and opportunities
- Maintain exceptional customer service at all times, consistently strive to exceed customer expectations
- Drive and embed an ethos of continuous process improvement through the team
You
- Are an accomplished Sales Manager who can achieve high performance through effective coaching, motivating and holding salespeople accountable
- Have a positive, driven and proactive attitude, and a demonstrated background in expanding markets and increasing market share.
