About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual with a hunger to build on our existing success to join our Wholesale team in the North-Eastern region of Melbourne. Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager – Wholesale Automotive, Victoria, you will be responsible for finding new customers, growing sales and building strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining existing accounts.
About you
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales or equivalent preferred by not essential
- Demonstrated experience in Sales
- Automotive dealership experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Some knowledge of the tyre industry and its products preferred but not essential.
- The ability to identify and secure new business opportunities within new market segments
- Good analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft suite of products and an understanding of ERPs.
- An ability and willingness to travel
