The Company:

My client is an Australian hospitality supplier who are pioneers in environmentally sustainable solutions across industry.

They are a fast growing organisation who supply a diverse range of hotel operating equipment & supplies across Australia and NZ.

With a great managerial structure to support you, this company has plenty of scope for ambitious individuals who wish to grow within the business.

The Role: This position focuses on selling to Sydney based Hotels and affiliated re-sellers nationally.

30% of the role is managing existing customers, 70% is new business development.

One of the key benefits to this role is that you have access to a wide number of products hence your ability to find a solution for your accounts is massively enhanced and will ultimately aid you in your ability to grow the territory and increase your customer spend.

You will need to be comfortable speaking to a variety of influencers and decision makers from GMs, Procurement Managers through to housekeeping and industry partners.

This is an autonomous field sales position so you will be constantly on the road developing your territory with the support of the Sales Manager.

You will need to be comfortable with interstate travel on a monthly basis, typically this will be 3-5 days per month.

The Candidate:

You will need to have sales experience within the hospitality industry, ideally you will have sold to Hotels.

This is an autonomous role so you will need to have experience as a field sales professional and be able to talk through previous sales performance against targets, KPIS’etc.

Suitable backgrounds could be hospitality equipment, food, beverage, bedding, linen etc.
