About the role
Are you an experienced Account Manager with solid Tech/Telco experience? Are you passionate about building and nurturing new and existing clients by offering the best solutions to their needs? If you are an experienced Account Manager who is looking for a new challenge and keen to continue and grow your career with a forward thinking tech company then we'd like to hear from you!
The successful candidate(s) will be looking after a portfolio of existing corporate clients, and with your knowledge will be tasked with offering the best solutions for their business needs.
You will also be expected to build on their current client base, so a passion for generating new business is a must.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Analyse existing/potential customer needs
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Track sales and provide status reports
- Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Keep abreast of best practices in market and communicate trends back to the business
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and popular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relevant degree or equivalent
