Responsibilities

  • Represent Boutique Homes in a customer facing position working out of one of our beautifully presented display homes
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service with prompt follow up
  • Actively manage your customer database
  • Guide customers through the journey of selecting a builder and floor plan that best suits their requirements
  • Work closely with Estimating and Pre-start to ensure a smooth journey for customers
  • Develop strong relationships with land agents and real estate agents

 

About you

  • Successful previous experience in a sales position consistently meeting sales targets
  • Demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively, build rapport and understand a customer’s needs
  • Relentless attitude with a solution oriented approach
  • Proven ability to use systems and follow process to consistently deliver results
  • Strong level of drive, energy and self-motivation with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with a willingness to learn
  • Open to flexible work hours including evenings and weekends
  • Committed continuous self-improvement with a desire to work in a fun environment
  • A desire to work in an environment with uncapped commissions
