About the role:

The role provides ongoing parts, service and sales to new and existing customers throughout the region incorporating Mackay, Townsville, Emerald and far west QLD for the on highway market.

Duties:

• Promote and sell parts and service products and service options for on highway market.
• Identify new opportunities for growth in parts and service sales to expand the business
• Create and maintain sound relationships with customers, dealers and OEMs
• Manage CRM database

Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of products including Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle and Detroit
• Sound understanding of the On Highway products, parts and service business, maintenance products and dealer network
• Relationship management experience with strong customer focus
• Ability to identify opportunities to maximise sales & develop new clients
• Ability to build industry contacts and network to achieve company goals and objectives
