The client has a strong core team in Melbourne and Sydney with a wealth of industry experience and an extensive network and are now looking for a strong BDM to join the Sydney team to help with growing the Sydney office. The client is now back by a large global business following a recent acquisition, which has increased global support and local service offering. 

The role: 
Predominantly new business, hunter-focused role articulating the offering to various audiences. 
Convert qualified leads and find new prospects at a Mid Market and Enterprise level. 
Build relationships and rapport with key strategic partnerships in order to develop a strong flow of external leads. 
Have the drive and motivation to maintain high activity levels without being micro managed. 
Ability to think independently and strategically, to implement ideas that align with company values , culture and vision 

The candidate: 
Proven track record of being a consistent overachiever. 
Possess a strong sales mentality and outcome focus. 
Proven ability to make an effective consultative close. 
Sound understanding of the Financial Services space is a plus. 
Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional business acumen. 
Self-motivated, high energy individual with a desire to make an impact and achieve career progression.
