We are looking for a high potential graduate with potentially some work experience to join our team as a Researcher.
Based in our Sydney Head Office, joining our team as a Researcher is an excellent opportunity to develop your professional skills and progress your career in executive search. We are looking for high potential individual who has a demonstrated track record of success to date in studies, sport or professional experience outside executive search. You will join a highly networked team, experiencing a high growth trajectory and will enjoy a clear path to progression.
Representing Pacific Talent Partners in the market to our very experienced candidate base you will work closely with our leadership team to execute assignments to the highest standards of excellence. Your skill set will include exceptional communication skills, a consultative approach, the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities and the ability to foster excellent long term client relationships.
Your role will be varied, challenging and we will provide full training and development to hone your professional and executive search skills so you can thrive in our business.
