Due to the sales growth of their iconic brand, our client is looking to add an experienced Vehicle Sales Consultant to join their team in Hawthorn. You can sell new, used and demo cars which makes the opportunities endless.  This is a great career opportunity to join an award winning dealership with a great team of people for the new financial year.

In this position, you will report to a supportive Sales Manager who creates a harmonious and professional work environment. 

THE POSITION:

• Building rapport with customers and meeting their needs
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Following up on leads
• Overcoming objections, negotiating price and end to end sales

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have previous sales experience in the automotive industry  
• A positive attitude with a bright and energetic personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-starter, self-motivated and target driven
• Good computer skills and ability to work well in a team
• Clean driver's license

THE PACKAGE:

Above Award Salary + Commission + Company Car + Super + 1 RDO per week and no Sunday trading.
