About the role
This is a vital role to CSA's (Commercial Safety Assurance) future. We are a very progressive company in Workplace Safety Compliance . We have a awesome support Team and are seeking someone who can lead by showing how to sell & service clients
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Analyse existing/potential customer needs
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Track sales and provide status reports
- Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
- After 12 months build & manage State Sales Team
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Mature/Older age person with a variety of infield sales experience and management of such
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and popular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships with clients
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Ability to manage & develop infield people
