A LEADING INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT MANUFACTURER: Established in Australia for over 30 years, and currently operating 4 regional offices, with a national workforce of over 150 staff; our clients are a world leading Manufacturer and supplier of Capital Access equipment, spares parts and consumables. With their HQ in Sydney, our clients are a well-respected manufacturer, and are renowned for the quality and durability of their products. Having recently undergone a business review, the company are now seeking to recruit an Aftermarket Sales Manager, based from the companies Melbourne office.

THE ROLE: Based in Sydney, but with overall responsibility for the service team, the Aftermarket Sales Manager will be expected to give ongoing support and guidance to this multi modal team comprised of After-sales Service Representatives. This is a pivotal role for our clients, and will afford the Aftermarket Sales Manager a great deal of autonomy to manage this customer focused business unit, as if it were their own, and will report back to the sales director. Working within the capital equipment market, but also including parts and spares, our clients sell into industrial manufacturers and end users; with a strong internal team already in place the Aftermarket Sales Manager will be pivotal in working closely with the customers to deal with and plan for any eventuality that may arise.

THE CANDIDATE: Arriving with a strong background in Service Management, the successful candidate will ideally have worked for a capital equipment OEM, or Equipment rental company, and have been involved in managing parts and spares department. Strong working knowledge of managing people and a positive outlook is critical when applying for this role; due to the desire to really pick up and drive the business unit, you should be a professional individual, with a proactive and can do attitude, whom is not afraid to instigate and drive change in the business.

You will be rewarded with a highly competitive package which includes a base salary of up to $115K, Plus Super, A Fully Maintained Company Vehicle, Mobile phone, Laptop, Plus an annual Bonus of 20k-30k Per Annum.
