Delegates want simplicity, accuracy of information and a great experience at the fingers tips. Marketeers and event managers are being measure against engagement and adoption rather than simply ‘bums on seats’. Our client delivers an ‘on device’ SaaS experience which not only creates a fantastic delegate experience but also ensures that the attendee is able to interact with the event in real time. This creates powerful outcomes not only in terms of the event itself but also the volume of leads and follow-up actions that are created. The Role

Responsible for account retention, cross-selling, up-selling and client experience this role is at the heart of our client’s success. You’ll only be ensuring that your customers receive a fantastic service but also that they are getting the best possible value from the solution. You’ll be a sales person at your core and this role will enable you to move to becoming a trusted advisor / consultant to your clients. Your target will be a combination of account retention and growth and the route to your success will be a combination of really getting to know your client’s business along with working with internal teams to ensure your client gets the best outcome from their events.

The Person

You’ll be a well-developed account manager with a proven approach to delivering a great service. Your track record will include some success in growing revenue within your client based and you’ll be somebody who really enjoys the tech sector. This is a non-technical role although a good grasp of working and selling software solutions will really help you to ramp up quickly.
