This is an amazing opportunity for a proven Sales Rep to Join a Leading Australian Coffee Manufacturer! Our client is a supplier of premium wholesale coffee and contract roasting services with facilities across Australia and New Zealand.

Your new role

• Developing, implementing and executing sales strategy for coffee brand expanding into contract roasting.
• Reporting directly into the State Sales Manager this is a highly autonomous role with freedom and creative license when it comes to developing new business opportunities.
• Developing New Business across multiple NSW channels. Responsibility for prospecting and lead generation to grow a sales pipeline.
• Tailoring solutions and propositions to facilitate growing business in different customers and channels.
• Primarily an on the road position.

What you'll need to succeed

• A genuine passion for coffee.
• A proven track record within FMCG sales, minimum 1-3 years experience.
• Demonstrated ability to create new business.
• Business or marketing tertiary qualifications advantageous but not essential.
• Team working skills with ability to collaborate with different business divisions.
• Excellent spoken communication skills - proven ability to sell and influence customers, ability to negotiate and cost proposals.
• Enthusiasm & drive.
