We have a fabulous opportunity for a driven individual who loves to get out and about in front of customers and would like to join our already successful and profitable branch in Wingfield.
We are a solutions based business and our established team is looking for an amazing person to join them us in a Sales role. Whether you’re a tradie with sales experience or a successful sales rep wanting to make your mark elsewhere, then we would like to hear from you.
Konnect is a market leader in the fastener supply industry, with a proud history of servicing the mining, construction and manufacturing industries across Australia and New Zealand.
The Opportunity
We love to set up our people for success so we will start by giving you some existing accounts to manage while you’re getting to know our business and then give you the freedom to go out and find some new customers.
As a true fastener specialist, Konnect offers customers of all sizes superior delivery performance, a huge and diverse product range, very large stock volumes and high quality products.
A typical day in this role looks a bit like this:
- Making contact with existing customers
- Visiting customers face to face
- Prospecting for new business
- Working towards a sales budget and targets
- Delivering the highest standard of customer service
About You
To succeed in this role, you must be self motivated and not be afraid of rejection.
- Someone who is a “hunter” for new business
- Someone who loves dealing with people
- Someone who prides themselves on their customer service skills
- Open minded and willing to learn
- Resilient and able to handle pressure
- A natural sales person who loves selling solutions to customers
- You might be from the building industry or trade distribution
