This Associate Sales Representative role offers you the opportunity to join our Resus, Ambulance and Acute team in VIC! It will give you the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of our surgical products, techniques and of the hospital and theatre environment.
As the Associate Sales Representative, your role will involve:
- Working with the Sales Representative to conduct activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers. This is done through negotiation, customer focus and education
- Being present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker products, and assist to provide technical expertise to registrars, nurses and other personnel as required
Candidates are typically in this role for 12-18 months before progressing into a Sales Representative role.
As the successful candidate, you will either have:
- A background of exemplary sales success in the pharmaceutical or a non-related industry, or have a strong clinical background as a nurse or allied health professional
- Strong commercial acumen and love the challenge of the 'thrill of the chase'
