THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeing a Regional Sales Manager to oversee our QLD sales team and strategy, based out of our Loganholme office. This is a full-time, on-going opportunity in one of Australia's most prominent and awarded home builders. Some key responsibilities of the role can include:

  • Develop a high performance Sales team by mentoring, coaching and inspiring team performance
  • Create and deliver the QLD sales strategy
  • Promote a positive and diverse work culture within a large team
  • Utilise sales analytics and metrics to generate and drive sales strategies and processes
  • Conduct market research in order to identity new sales opportunities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to contribute towards the wider Simonds strategy

WHO YOU ARE

Ideally, we're seeking a team member that has:

  • Experience working in residential construction or a related industry would be advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to lead and mentor diverse team members in the achievement of superior results – more importantly, however, we’re looking for someone who can inspire and create meaningful relationships with a diverse team
  • Ability to engender respect and developing and maintaining a strong and positive team culture
  • Solid understanding of the QLD residential housing market
  • Proven ability in delivering quality business and commercial outcomes which support the strategic direction
  • Flexibility to travel between the Loganholme office, multiple display homes, and interstate when required
  • Valid/current drivers licence
