We are a top ranking solar company in a massive growth phase and solar power is one of the fastest growing industries this decade with plenty of growth opportunities. You must be excited to be a part of the solar revolution, be passionate about preserving the environment and saving our customers lots of money!
We are hunting for a proven award winning sales superstar who has broken sales records in the past. You must be self motivated and driven to make big money. Others in the role are earning in excess of $150,000/yr and upside of $250,000/yr. Lots of extra bonuses for hitting targets and breaking records!
You will work closely with the sales manager and directors to identify and drive B2B sales. We have a large database with your own team of telemarketers and we will provide daily qualified leads to work from so you aren't left having to hunt for your own. (Although you will be looked favourably upon if you go the extra mile and also use your own resources)
THE ESSENTIALS YOU MUST POSSESS
- Extremely motivated to earn BIG money
- Experience in direct selling (Kirby, Solar, Roller Shutters, Blinds)
- Impeccable communication skills
- Top negotiation skills
- Open minded
- Ability and evidence of hitting KPIs set
- High energy levels
- Super enthusiastic
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Strong business to business sales experience with a winning mindset – If you have experience in direct selling it would be an added advantage. Especially if you have sold solar power, roller shutters or Kirby before.
- 5 years experience in direct sales with proven records and references
