If you are looking for a career in sales, look no further! Our growing company is searching for a Sales Associate who can offer reliable support to the Director of Sales and the sales team, help improve efficiency as sales volume increases.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with larger customers, ensuring that all sales documents and agreements are completed before they are filed and updating the customer contact information as needed. Also, supporting sales teams in sales opportunities by handling meeting bookings, presentation preparation, follow up with clients on meetings and post meeting follow ups.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organise sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines;
  • Update customer records in the company database as required;
  • Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company;
  • Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time;
  • Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately;
  • Closely work with Director of Sales in supporting partner/channel management;
  • Clean/qualify incoming leads with proper contact information;
  • Maintain all CRM reporting for forecasting, channel pipelines etc;
  • Any other sales related duties as they arise.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Good organisation, administration and communication skills.
  • Dynamic, proactive, multi-tasking individual with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Passion for sales
