As our Junior Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and growing our existing accounts by building fantastic relationships with our clients. 

About the role:

• Retain, develop and drive new business across our existing accounts
• Develop long term customer relationships by ensuring we are meeting our contractual obligations at all times
• Promote our products through increasing brand awareness. 
• Ensure you are the customer advocate by making sure all departments are briefed accurately on what they customer requirements and expectations are. 
• Sales and account management reporting as required. 
• Delivering high level customer service by going above and beyond the expectation.

The ideal candidate will be: 

• Outgoing, Friendly, Personable and Charismatic 
• Results driven with the ability to achieve sales targets
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills
• Have the ability to build rapport with clients and manage customer accounts
• Ability to work to deadlines and have good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
