About Us
Community Watch is the fastest growing security company in Victoria and is now expanding interstate into Queensland. We have developed and pioneered the most advanced home security systems which include products such as the Fog Cannon security and personal duress buttons. With such unique product offerings we have literally zero competition. Due to an explosion in growth we have an exciting opportunity for two more security specialists to join our dynamic team.
We are also open to established sales organisations with teams ready to go and try something new and exciting.
What does the Security Specialists role entail?
To facilitate end to end residential security systems the market has never seen before. When we say our systems will stop home invasions we mean it.
Career Opportunities and Development
Full training, uniform and a professional sales presentation kit, on-going mentoring will be provided. There is also opportunity for the right candidate to move into an area managers roll and run their own team. Some of our Security Specialists have even moved interstate and become state managers.

The average per sale you will be earning is $1000.00 with most of our agents closing 4-6 per deals per week, but our high achievers are doing closer to 8 or 9. What we require
- Experience in, in home sales is a must and closing deals on the day.
- Energetic and outgoing
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating empathy, objection handling and understanding.
- Willingness to learn and be coachable.
- Strong work ethic.
- Desire to succeed.
- Drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
- Basic computer skills
- Follow up on appointments and generate your own sales and referrals.
- Punctual, prepared and well presented.
- Available at least five days per week.
- Not afraid to knock doors or generate your own leads.
