JPS Executive Search and Selection, Australia's pre eminent recruitment company in sales, building and construction, has a once a year opportunity to join a market leading organisation.
My client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of bespoke timber windows and doors and hardware to high end builders, architects and designers is now looking to add yet another key member of their sales team. The role primarily involves creating new opportunities within tier 1 architects, specifiers, designers and builders.Whilst there are some existing clients who will require ongoing management, this will make up about 30% of your time and budget. They expect that these opportunities will be exploited through your strong existing network of clients, through their extensive client base and/or through new opportunities created through your ability to identify new networks and market segments.
The successful candidate will already be in the timber windows and doors industry, selling high end products to similar clients. You will have an demonstrated and extensive existing network which can be leveraged into new opportunities for my client. You will be a motivated self starter, requiring a minimum of direction and management and you will be able to speak intelligently to clients about my client's market offering. Someone who has a desire to grow their career into management is something that is of interest to my client.
this role is available for an immediate start and my client expects a salary circa $80-90,000 base, superannuation, fully maintained company car and bonuses will be appropriate.
