About the Role

This is a full time position working at our head office in Richmond, and is best suited to someone who been through the highs and lows (and God knows there are some) of telesales and has emerged more determined than ever.

Being someone with a wealth of experience, you’ll recognize that it’s the strength of the conversation (as well as the quality of the product) that determines the outcome of any discussion.

As a bona fide, silver-tongued telesales superstar you’ll be expected to meet the requirements below.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work to a defined structure
  • Talent for fostering and maintaining an engaging discussion
  • Excellent computer literacy (including Microsoft Office)
  • 3 + years’ experience as a dominant telesales force
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrable initiative
  • Be well-presented, self-expressed and have a passion for growing rapport with clients as you help their Small Businesses succeed.
  • A solid understanding of the sales process with willingness to adapt to new methods and products.
  • An extremely open and positive attitude with a hard-working mindset

 

Recommended Skills and Traits

  • A proven track record in sales and customers services, ideally in a B2B role selling into Small Business
  • Have prior knowledge of selling Digital Marketing products and services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be well-presented, self-expressed and have a passion for growing rapport with clients as you help their Small Businesses succeed
  • An ongoing passion to learn about our industry
  • Motivation to grow in your career and move into a more senior role
