Opportunity
The role encompasses owning relationships across a portfolio of tier 1 consulting firms, to enable success in deploying the platform into their customer accounts.

  • Be a trusted advisor to consulting client portfolio from post-sale to drive success 
  • Be a subject matter expert in consulting methodology 
  • Collaborate with clients to build proactive success roadmaps 
  • Enable partners on how to deploy platform into customer account to ensure success and stickiness with end customer 
  • Liaise with customers on product roadmap and future strategy of the business 
  • Support further expansion into each partner account through proving success 
  • Conduct business reviews to identify any areas of growth
  • Be a subject matter expert and consult with customers around best practice 

 

You

  • Track record of success in managing enterprise level relationships 
  • Strong consulting approach - can understand client problems and make firm recommendations 
  • Superb relationship management and account management skills 
  • Ability to present workshops and provide enablement sessions where required
  • Can be strategic in thinking but able to execute tactically in alignment with growth objectives
  • Able to thrive in a fast growth, entrepreneurial environment
