About our Opportunity
We are seeking an achievement focused, motivated and hardworking Business Development Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of the business development function, focusing on consistently driving sustainable and profitable growth through sourcing new business and identifying opportunities within the existing customer base in the Victorian market.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Business Development, this role will suit an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record who is able to play a leadership role in the business focussed on consolidating Detpak’s reputation for delivering on its promise to provide quality, service, and efficiency to all internal and external customers.
Working as a trusted member of the team your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting, pitching and winning new business
- Translating account plans, market and customer insights into actionable and measurable tactics to deliver agreed business objectives
- Analysing performance and trends in the Victorian market to identify account opportunities for growth and operational efficiency
- Meeting or exceeding all agreed Key Performance Objectives (KPOs) annually
- Playing a lead role in positioning Detpak as a supplier of choice
