We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team of Sales Development Representatives in our Sydney office. This is an entry level position.

We are a rapidly expanding business with offices across the world and are looking for fresh talent to learn & grow with us. You will have the opportunity to work for some of the biggest names in the IT industry. We provide ongoing training, overseas exchange programs, sales certifications and the chance to move to one of our clients in the future.

You will need: 12 months telemarketing or sales or retail experience and love speaking on the phone. We are looking for someone to train up, who is eager to learn about sales.

Your role will be:

Working with our team to qualify prospects over the phone and to present opportunities to our clients:

• Generate leads and set up meetings for clients
• Manage contact databases
• Execute outbound calls
• Participate in career development training

Must-haves:

• Min 12 months of proven experience in telemarketing or sales or retail
• Love speaking on the phone 
• Native English speakers
• Excellent cold calling skills (be confident!)
• Confidence in utilizing computers and new software
• A passion for sales and the desire to learn and progress
• Full working rights for Australia
