Patons Macadamia is on the verge of significant growth, which will be a fantastic challenge and opportunity for the right candidate.
With great brands, premium products and a significant pipeline of innovation just waiting to be realised, we are gearing up for a crazy ride, and are looking for the right candidate to take control and drive our Industrial Sales division.

- Proven leadership and accountability is paramount.
- Demonstrated customer management experience – from large multi-nationals to small bespoke manufacturers.
- Experience in driving New Product Development in the food space.
- Hands-on – I don’t want a desk manager, we need someone who leads by example. You need to engage & inspire – both internally and externally.
- SIGNIFICANT FOOD EXPERIENCE IS A MUST (Chocolate / Confectionery / Flavours will be a major advantage)

You will become an integral member of the Sales & Marketing team charged with guiding Patons Macadamia on its growth trajectory.
