About the role
Be part of the Sales function managing price within the business focusing on market trends, analysis of pricing in relation to supply and demand by:
- Analysing price in relation to supply, demand and profitability
- Managing price books, uploads, changes and pricing architecture.
- Recommending changes in price and managing execution of price changes with the Sales Team. Maintain price books within Baseplan and using analytics to report on price trends, exceptions to strategy and implications of changes on utilsation and profitability.
- Provide relevant information on the insights of price movements to management.
Skills and experience
Previous experience in managing and analysing price in complex B2B businesses with multiple services offerings and products.
- Strong Business Analytics background.
- Preferred knowledge of Baseplan and Tableau or similar data analytics programs.
- Sound attention to detail.
- Ability to develop a business case based on supporting data to implement pricing strategies.
- Tertiary preferred qualifications in Finance or Economics.
