My client is an industry leader in a SAAS based business. They deliver omni-channel market intelligence which brands and retailers use to connect and win business with customers. From understanding what propels consumers to purchase, to assessing return on cross-channel marketing efforts, they work with their clients to improve business outcomes.
They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager. You will enjoy working with a small dedicated team in Sydney whilst having the benefit of global offices in North America.
The job:
- Developing and fostering relationships within a current portfolio of clients in Australia and New Zealand
- Understanding deeply your clients businesses and leveraging additional solutions for growth
- Instrumental in facilitating client renewals
- Training clients on solutions and services
What we absolutely need:
- Extensive experience in an Account Manager role (8 years+)
- Proven ability to liaise with executives at a senior level
- Ideally you will be from the FMCG industry with either Account Management, Brand Marketing, Market Research or category management experience
- Ability to work autonomously with a “can do” attitude and manage priorities against commercial objectives
- Experience using a CRM with strong administration skills
