This is the role for you if you have a solid sales track record and know what it takes to take a lead through to close.
You're now looking for the opportunity where you'll be given autonomy to build the team ground up starting with you.
ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
Once you agree with the sales targets, you will have the autonomy and control to develop the sales process and build your team.
This is a hands on role and before you can hire others you will need to show that you can sell, and take a lead through to close. In the early days you'll be making appointments with warm leads or past/new clients, attending appointments, handling follow ups and closing.
You'll be a key contributor to the mission to take the business to $30m in 10 years where the rewards will be shared with you.
