About the Role

This role combines sales, product/service consultation and business development skills, suiting a candidate who is entrepreneurial and eagers to help our company grow. You excel in identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients by understanding their business needs and enjoy working with technology.

You’ll spend a lot of time learning about the tech and cloud industry, building fantastic Sales skills, utilising content marketing to attract new customers and understanding how we add real value to our clients. This role would suit a recent graduate or Junior Sales person with an interest in technology, the drive and hunger to hit sales targets and earn sizeable commissions.  

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work at a high speed across multiple projects while effectively networking with business contacts.

Operational Duties:

  • Manage and prioritise sales opportunities.
  • Prospect, consult and sell business solutions and related services to prospective mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Support Sales manager in developing, presenting and delivering high-impact demonstrations of Cloud Industry solutions.
  • Work with your prospects to learn their business, understand their needs and determine how Cloud Industry solutions can best address their issues.
  • Engage with prospective clients to position Cloud Industry solutions via electronic and face-to-face customer meetings.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to secure new customers and achieve your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and manage client issues and risks, including problem solving.
  • Work constructively with our internal team of developers, project managers, business analysts and support services to deliver successful projects.
  • Perform needs and requirement analysis for new customers.
  • Understanding customer requirements and producing detailed relevant documentation
  • Communicate well to Executive level, directors, CEO, CIO etc.

Qualifications

  • Previous Experience in a Sales Role or similar is desirable.
  • Telesales / IT experience is a big plus.
  • Competitive and motivated.
  • Love the vibe and pace of a new start-up.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Results driven and able to achieve/exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales
  • Previous experience in cloud technology, Salesforce o r enterprise applications is a big plus.
  • Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving skill.
