About the Role
A Full Time opportunity has become available for an experienced Regional Sales Manager within our Target Market Concrete. You will be responsible for the management of regional staff and the selling of Sika products with the primary aim to increase overall sales and contribution margins.
Duties
- Achieve sales and exceed contribution targets/budgets through increasing overall sales and contribution margins
- Ongoing maintenance of existing customer base and development of new business and potential customers.
- Supervise, support and manage performance of direct reporting Technical Sales Representatives and Service Technicians to achieve maintenance and sales outcomes.
- Assist the Target Market Manager in the preparation of sales targets, and team Key Performance Indicators.
- Inspection of Sika plants, equipment and products on customer site for quality assurance.
- Regular reporting on sales, monthly forecasting, customer reports, expenditure and as requested by the Target Market Manager.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the Concrete Industry
- Minimum 3 years frontline management experience preferred
- Excellent communicator with customer service/relationship building skills
- Well-developed sales, business development and negotiation skills.
- Confident in liaising with all levels of decision makers and key account holders
- Unrestricted drivers licence
