This leading distributor of Animal Health and Nutrition products has worked hard over their many decades in the industry to earn themselves an enviable reputation and with that, steady growth. This continued expansion has led to the creation of this brand-new role, and we want your industry experience and sales knowledge to make it a success.
You’ll be responsible for a small team of sales representatives whom you’ll lead by example through meeting and exceeding sales goals in your own region. This company believes in its people and is looking for someone eager to grow and develop with the business.
Your responsibilities include:

• providing competent leadership and people development through regular meetings and behaviour modelling
• developing and executing successful sales strategy and forecasting, and reporting these wins back to the business
• using your thorough understanding of our full suite of products and services to ensure your clients’ needs are fulfilled
• ensuring you and your team are on top of product updates through training
• maintaining regular face-to-face contact with your clients with a focus on swift problem resolution
• leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to educate your clients

You will have:

• great pride in presentation and communication
• proven success in animal health and nutrition sales
• experience or strong interest in people development and management
• willingness to travel and to attend conferences and industry events

You will get:

• Base salary approx. $100k
• Car or Car allowance
• Super
• Performance bonus
