Wow Recruitment are looking for multiple Business Development Representatives for our clients growing team of sales professionals in Sydney CBD!
Reporting to the Sales Director, the key purpose of this Business Development Representative role will be to secure new sales and sponsorship for a variety of corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
** No industry experience is needed **
Key Duties:
- Generate new business opportunities
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline
- Phone-based and face-to-face sales for a variety of events, conferences and exhibitions
- Achieving revenue targets through sponsorship & exhibition sales
- Own the full sales cycle from first interaction through to closing deals
- Attend industry and networking events or associated exhibitions
- Work as part of a close-knit team to provide quality service to new and existing clients
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive "can-do" attitude
- Flexible and collaborate approach
- Open to national travel when required
