About the Role

A Full Time opportunity has become available for an experienced and self-motivated Technical Sales Representative to develop and grow the commercial portfolio of our Target Market Flooring across the NSW region.

Duties

  • Regularly meet with new and existing clients to provide solutions, coordinate product training
  • Educate the industry on our highly regarded suite of flooring solutions and Sika products
  • Service and support all customers to achieve budgeted turnover and contribution
  • Communicate national product ranging, pricing, action plans, promotional and advertising initiatives
  • Provide technical, sales services and after sales service to customers and provide assistance for feedback and complaints
  • Maintain and update product and applications and provide specifications and demonstrations

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a technical sales position within the construction / building industry
  • Confidence in your relationship building abilities with all levels of decision makers, as well as working directly with B2B, B2C and Channel Distribution
  • A thorough knowledge/experience in the Interior Finishing, Waterproofing, Flooring, Concrete Repairs and Sealing and Bonding market
  • Proven ability to work autonomously
  • Good Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  • Valid Drivers Licence

Previous experience working with / dealing with a customers in cement base flooring levellers is highly regarded.
