SALES TEAM LEADER (F/T)

This is an exciting time of growth within the company and we are looking for someone special to complement our friendly Sales Team in taking our business to the next phase. We require a competitive and driven FULL TIME individual to work alongside and oversee our energetic team here in the Newcastle region. The role will involve weekend work as they are our busiest trading days. As the successful applicant you must have:
- 5 years proven sales experience, preferably in the Tile/Bathware market.
- Flexibility and a desire to succeed in a small team environment.
- Motivation and proven ability to achieve great results and set targets.
- Ability to co-ordinate sales, team members and productivity.
- Confidence in making important decisions on prices and identifying/closing deals.
- Good with computers and stock management applications.
