Senior Sales Executive - SYD

We are seeking a dynamic individual to be the face of the business in Sydney. With plenty of resources and support, this role will see you utilise your ability to build and retain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • This is face-to-face sales role - regular sales meetings with clients and prospective clients.
  • Represent the company at a wide range of events including networking sessions, conferences, meetings, corporate lunches, training events and more.
  • Be a brand ambassador for the organisation and its services.
  • Relationship Management - provide top quality service and support for the group’s SYD clients.
  • Sales - drive revenue in SYD through acquisition and client management.
  • As the Sydney team grown, this role will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound sales staff.
  • Become a product expert of the company’s services.

The Candidate

  • At least 2-3 years B2B sales experience.
  • Outgoing - must love events and networking!
  • Autonomous - must be highly organised and capable of self-management.
  • Highly presentable, articulate, personable with highly developed soft skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and strong communication (both written and verbal).
  • A self-starter and an outside-the-box thinker.
  • Ideally sales experience in a corporate industry such as RTO/GTO, MICE, Recruitment or Professional Services.

  • Highly competitive base package (variable on experience): $100,000 + super
  • Uncapped Commission - 1st year On-Target-Earnings: $160,000
