The opportunity

Our success has created a rare and exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to sell a range of digital products, services and solutions to new businesses across Australia.

Perfect role for a hunter BDM with experience in selling software solutions, who has strong commercial acumen, can build executive level relationships and tailor solutions to produce and convert new business leads.

The Role

  • Develop a deep understanding of the clients business & how our digital solutions can be tailored to assist their needs
  • Design, develop and pitch compelling presentations to new clients
  • Sell the value proposition to new business leads
  • Segment, manage and convert prospects into becoming customers
  • Develop and maintain a sales funnel to highlight a solid road map of new business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate forecasts of sales opportunities - weekly and monthly
  • Work with key stakeholders to keep those necessary abreast of any market feedback / insights.
  • Is an important new position and is part of a collaborative growing team

We'll need you to tick the following boxes

  • 3+ years demonstrated track record in a BDM role, ideally selling software solutions
  • Proven experience in identifying, prospecting, engaging and developing new clients
  • Strong business presentation skills, credible and confident in pitching and selling to C Suite level
  • Highly developed strategic and commercial sales skills
  • Proficient with technology and confident in tailoring the best solutions for our customers’ needs
  • Executive level capability and credibility with strong existing networks
  • Self-starter, driven, takes ownership and makes things happen
  • Well presented, good listener, articulate and engaging
  • Motivated….both inside and outside of work to achieve and grow.
