About the business:
Founded in 2014, Paybang is an Australian proprietary company, which is a joint venture of Alipay Hong Kong and representative of Alibaba Group and Ant Financial Service Group. Cross-border payment is one of our major businesses. To meet the exponential growth of demand of Alipay users shopping overseas, Paybang dedicates to provide the best local services to Australian and New Zealand merchants.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven high achiever who enjoys building up customer relationship and going above and beyond establishing new customers in Australian and New Zealand market!
About the role
Duties & responsibilities are outlined below but you shape your own work and define your own work pace!
- Identify leads and opportunities through targeted marketing strategies
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with potential merchants
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Meet personal and team sales targets
About you
You are passionate about business development and enjoy achieving targets and going extra miles. A Business or related degree is essential as is English and Mandarin/Cantonese at a working level. Your previous experience in business development in e-commerce and you have merchants’ resources will be highly regarded. The position is open for fresh graduates who are looking to start off their career in business development and scored above 7 in IELTs is highly regarded, and ready to take up challenge along the steep learning curve.
