What you will be doing:
Joining the sales team will see you targeting Architects, Designers, Engineers, trades and distributors. Identify new opportunities in the commercial market and use your relationship building and negotiating skills to win and hold specification across all stages until the projects completion. You will implement and monitor call cycle plans to successfully exceed targets and KPIs that will be set by you and your Sales Manager.
Who you will be doing it for:
You will be working for a national manufacturer and supplier of tiling systems with an existing reputation in the industry and an extensive range of products. The company has recently identified channels in the market to increase sales and have a need to add to their sales team. Customer satisfaction and company culture are a big focus and evident by the trust placed in the sales team and encouragement to run a business within a business.
What you must have to apply for this role:
- Technical understanding of mortars or tiling systems
- Record of achieving and exceeding KPIs and targets in a business sales role
- Full Australian drivers licence
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Technical chemical and adhesive knowledge
- Experience developing new business with Architects, Engineers, trades and medium to large resellers in the building and construction industry
