Concentrix is a Fortune 500 company with our head office based in San Francisco. Companies engage us to run their delivery/call centres for them and we’re experiencing continued growth in Australia. 

We have a newly created Account Manager position with the opportunity to manage a small portfolio of existing accounts and to handhold then own the transition of a new client account into steady state.  We are looking for someone who has demonstrated capability in building and maintaining strong client relationships at all levels with the objective of becoming a trusted business partner.

As Account Manager, key responsibilities will include, but not limited to; 

  • Being the primary focal point and owner for all activities on the contracts, understanding our client’s business objectives, priorities and, critical success factors, applying this knowledge to establish and implement an Account Strategy
  • Accountability for meeting revenue, profit, and growth objectives and for improving overall customer satisfaction targets
  • Ensuring Delivery manages all major program / project schedules and contract deliverables that support the client's business and commitments made to the client
  • Ensuring effective communications plan is in place between the clients, account team and team Concentrix

As a seasoned Account Manager, you will bring to this role experience and skills in;

Building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and relevant stake holders, gaining client confidence and recognition as a trusted advisor

  • Applying knowledge of project management methodologies, processes and tools
  • Managing and leading individuals and teams, setting directions, and exhibiting effective leadership behaviors to manage business and processes with a customer centric view
  • Identifying business requirements, developing proposals, pricing models and negotiating contract terms
  • Accountable for meeting revenue, profit and growth objectives and for improving overall client satisfaction
