JPS, Australia's leading Consultancy for the Printing, Packaging and Allied industries, has an outstanding opportunity with a one of Australia's leading printing companies.
Our client, one of Australia's leading printing organisations, has a newly created role managing a highly performing team. They are a company who pride themselves on having the latest technology, a blue chip client base and employing the best people in the industry.
As a result of an internal promotion and a slight restructure, the role of State Sales Manager has been developed. Managing a team or sales executives, this is a true management position. You will not have a personal budget, you will manage the team, be a leader amongst them and be the sole point of contact for the management team and board in NSW. Your client and personal sales responsibilities extend only to meeting and managing key clients and being a point of escalation should issues arise. You will lead, guide and manage the team to ensure their continued success.
The successful candidate will already hold a senior management position within a print company. People from outside the industry will not be considered. You will be a leader, a mentor, a source of drive and inspiration for those around and under you. You will have exceptional levels of customer service, you will have the autonomous ability to make decisions, problem solve and reach resolutions on matters without the need to seek clarification and approval from your superiors. You will have had financial reporting duties and be able to report performance to the management team as required.
This role is available for an immediate start. You will be given every available resource and support network to be successful.
On offer for the role is a package of circa $140-150,000 and a lucrative incentive structure. This package can, and will, be negotiated up for the right candidate.
