The Opportunity
This Administration and Sales Coordinator role is responsible for building and supporting a network of dental practices and customers through outbound sales and relationship management. This would include;

Data-base management and administration of practice agreements

Administration of all records and reporting for management

Make outbound calls to a data base of potential clients to increase sign up rate

Cross sell associated business products and services

Deliver positive outcomes for customer concerns
Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies

Outbound call experience preferred

Customer centric in your approach

Well-developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Ability to influence and persuade, build and maintain relationships.
